DRIVERS faced delays this morning in Winchester city centre due to a broken down vehicle blocking a busy road.
The vehicle was blocking the northbound lane at the junction with Romsey Road and Upper High Street, near the Great Hall.
The incident, which happened shortly after 8am, caused delays in the city centre for around half an hour.
