A MAN was left needing stitches after being attacked at a busy Winchester pub.
The 22-year-old victim sustained facial injuries and a cut above his right eye when he was assaulted in the Old GaolHouse Pub in Jewry Street at around 11pm on Saturday, October 7.
Now police have released a CCTV image of a man they want to speak to as part of their investigation.
The man, pictured is described as white, about 6ft tall, with dark hair which is short at the sides and long on top and a full beard.
Officers are urging witnesses, or anyone with information about the assault to call 101 quoting reference '44170389775', or contact Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
