TWO crashes causing long delays for drivers on a Hampshire motorway.
One lane is currently blocked on the M3 southbound due to an incident between junctions 10 and 11 for Winchester.
There are currently delays back to junction 9 for Winnall of around 15 minutes.
It comes just hours after a previous crash closed two lanes between junction 11 for Winchester and junction 12 for Otterbourne shortly after 12pm.
The lanes were reopened at around 1pm but drivers continued to face delays of around 45 minutes back past junction 9. Delays remained in place for most of the afternoon.
