CONTROVERSIAL plans for a three bed home in Hampshire will be decided this week.
Plans for the house and associated parking and landscaping at 44 Spring Lane,Colden Common have been submitted to Winchester City Council by Mr Dion Spiteri.
Previously plans for three homes including one detached three-bed house were refused by the planning inspectorate in 2016.
This time six letters from five households have been written to object to the plans.
Concerns include highway safety, overdevelopment and the building being out of character with the area.
Planners at Winchester City Council will make a decision on Thursday.
