Drivers are facing long rush hour delays on a Hampshire motorway.
There are delays of about 25 minutes on the M3 northbound up to junction 11 for Winchester.
Queues are also backing onto the M27.
There are also delays inbound on St Cross Road, Winchester, due to temporary traffic lights.
