ANOTHER car theft has happened in Winchester.
Police say that the latest one in Winchester happened in Birinus Road between December 3 at 5pm and 8.15am on December 4.
The front passenger window was smashed and a bag was stolen.
It comes after the Chronicle reported that police are dealing with a 1100 per cent increase in car theft in the city compared to last year.
