A WINCHESTER man convicted of threatening behaviour has been ordered to do unpaid work.
Colin Webster, 44, of Jewry Street, pleaded guilty to the act against Mohammad Ashraf and was told to do 150 hours community service.
He was also ordered to pay an £85 victim surcharge and £50 costs.
