Winchester traveller John Pilkington to talk about his recent visit to Russia and the Ukraine
RUSSIA and Europe: What Next? is the title of a fundraising talk in Southampton by Winchester's award-winning adventurer.
John Pilkington will speak about his travels in Russia and Ukraine - where he met people on both sides of the disputed border - on Thursday October 6 in Avenue St Andrews Church, The Avenue, starting at 7.30pm.
The talk is in aid of Southampton and Winchester Visitors' Group which provides practical support and friendship to destitute asylum seekers living locally.
