Hour-long delays after crash on M3 near Otterbourne
MOTORISTS are facing hour-long delays after a crash on a Hampshire motorway.
The collision happened on the M3 southbound at Otterbourne at about 11am and significant traffic is building in the area.
Disruption is being reported as far north as junction nine on the M3 and on the A34.
Drivers are advised to avoid the area.
