Man fined £700 for racially aggravated threat to woman
CHANDLER'S Ford man Jordan Peter Baker has been fined for racially aggravated threatening behaviour.
Baker, 27, of Ribble Close, admitted the offence against Sheatendwe Gutsa in Winchester on June 11, Basingstoke Magistrates Court heard.
He was fined £700 with £85 costs and was ordered to pay £100 compensation to Ms Gutsa.
