More than a thousand people enjoyed the ever-popular Avington Fete.
The event which was held on Sunday saw families flock to Avington Park which became a hive of activity.
Opening the event was actor Robert Hardy CBE who also judged the dog show which was won by a whippet called Flynn.
Footballers enjoyed a spot of five-a-side and beat the goalie, and there was also a dog show, rugby moves, a carnival hat completion, pony rides, welly boot throwing and a silent auction of promises.
There was also music by We Are Robot which has band members from nearby Easton and families enjoyed carnival dancing and the carnival queen this year was 15-year-old Jemima Kennedy.
Organiser Judy Thomas said: "It was very well attended the weather was brilliant it did not start raining until it was all over it was a fantastic afternoon."
She also thanked Charlie and Sarah Bullen who own Avington Park for their help and co-operation for the event which is held once every four years.
The fete raises money for four churches in the area and this year organisers say it raised £10,000
