STUDENTS are invited to apply Winchester Rotary for a scholarship to study for an academic year at one of 30 colleges/universities in Georgia, USA.
Applicants must be single, aged between 18-25 by August 1 2017 when the course starts.
Students are required to live on campus where they will be provided at no charge with in hall accommodation, meals and tuition.
Students will have support from local Rotary Club host families, who become literally the students USA family.
The cost of return air fare to Georgia and student medical insurance is not covered by the scholarship.
A information meeting for interested students will be held at Peter Symonds College on Thursday June 30.
Final applications to Georgia will need to be made before the end of September.
