WITH the referendum just under a month away, a talk on Europe is to be held in Winchester.

Named Reimagining Europe, this is one of many talks throughout the country on the upcoming EU referendum and is a non-partisan event.

It will reflect on the issues of how Europe might develop with or without the UK.

The event is to be chaired by Tim Daykin, BBC Radio Solent presenter, along with guest speaker David Fieldsend – the Archbishop’s attaché to the EU.

It will be held at 7.30pm on May 31 inside Winchester Cathedral.

Following the talk there will be a questions and discussion session.

There is no entry charge, but tickets must be obtained in advance.

For a free ticket, contact the cathedral box office on 01962 857 275.
