PARENTS have days left to have their say on controversial changes to Hampshire children's centres.
Dozens of Sure Start facilities would be closed under plans by Hampshire County Council.
The consultation has received one of the biggest responses in the council's history, with 1,800 comments, and ends at midday on Tuesday. (May 3) Detailed proposals and an online questionnaire are available at bit.ly/1VUbQe7.
Responses will be analysed then considered by Cllr Keith Mans, executive lead member for children's lead services, as he decides whether to approve the plans on July 1.
Paper copies can be ordered by calling 0300 555 1384 or emailing info@hants.gov.uk.
Views can also be shared by emailing info@hants.gov.uk or writing to Opinion Research Services, Freepost SS1018, PO Box 530, Swansea, SA1 1ZL.
The council has asked consultees to provide the first four characters of their postcode and indicate whether they use or have used early help services.
