NEW yoga classes have been launched in Winchester to help reduce stress and anxiety.
Qualified yoga teacher, Judith Davis, is hosting an eight week program in September to help people achieve a greater sense of calm and welbeing.
The first three weeks is used to learn about breathing techniques and postures to practice at home. The rest of the course will explore how yoga can help improve emotional health and tools needed to approach anxiety and even depression.
There will be a comprehensive manual as cds handed out as well as weekly homework.
