A WINCHESTER man has admitted possessing an imitation pistol in a city shop.
Peter Vale, 28, of Thurmond Crescent, Stanmore, pleaded guilty to having the BB gun in One Stop in Battery Hill, Stanmore on June 4.
Magistrates at Basingstoke sentenced him to a community order with a rehabilitation activity requirement for 30 days and ordered he pay a £60 victim surcharge and a criminal courts charge of £180.
