TICKETS for a glitzy Winchester charity night go on sale this weekend and are expected to sell out fast.
The third annual Fulflood Ball will raise money for Home-Start Winchester and Districts, which provides emotional and practical support to local families with young children.
It will be held at Peter Symonds College on April 18.
The ball is run by a committee of dedicated residents, who will transform the college into a glamorous party venue including food and drinks, live music, dancing, a casino, and dodgems.
Estate agents Belgarum are sponsoring it for the third year running.
In 2012 the event raised £8,000 for a children’s ward at Royal Hampshire County Hospital, and last year £17,000 for the city’s Theatre Royal.
Tickets go on sale on Saturday, January 31, at 9.30am. They are available from the Leaf and Bean Cafe in Stockbridge Road and cost £75.
