A HAMPSHIRE family have tonight paid tribute to Rachel Lee killed in a car crash near Winchester.

Rachel, 24, from Waterlooville, died when her Vauxhall Corsa was in collision with a lorry on the A272 at Cheesefoot Head at 8.25am on Tuesday October 7.

Her family, in a statement released by the police, said: “Rachel was a lovely and kind girl. She was always thinking of others and delighted in making them happy.

“She was always busy and active, but was tragically lost in this horrible accident. Family and friends will miss her greatly.

“The family respectfully requests that we are left to grieve in peace at this difficult time.”
