FROM great danes to tiny bichon frize pups – dogs all shapes and sizes strutted their stuff at a charity dog show.

Thousands of people attended the event at the Hampshire Bowman pub in Bishop’s Waltham which raised hundreds for Macmillan Cancer Support and animal charity Tailwaggers Club Trust.

Dog lovers entered their pets into 10 competitions including best trick, best in show and bad hair day for scruffier breeds, for the chance of winning a rosette.

The show, which is in its second year, was organised by a committee of six dog owners headed up by Jane Stiles who organised last year’s event.

The money raised will help the two charities continue supporting poorly animals and people with cancer.
