A WINCHESTER mill has been handed over to River Cottage for final fitting-out as a restaurant.
The city council has completed the renovation of the historic building.
Cllr Steve Miller, portfolio holder for business services, told Cabinet that River Cottage will take about 10-12 weeks before the new eaterie opens on Colebrook Street.
