PLANS to build 16 new homes on the site of the old Hampshire Fire and Rescue station have been delayed until June.
The application by Bargate Homes would see the old buildings demolished, with six three bedroom, six four bedroom and four two bedroom homes at the site on North Walls.
It has been deferred pending further negotiation about the viability report, and will be discussed at the next Winchester City Council Planning Committee meeting on June 12.
A previous application for 47 flats was rejected.
