ONE of the best-known rags to riches fairytales of all time will grace the stage of The Lights in Andover this week.
On Tuesday March 25 The Vienna Festival Ballet will tell the story of Cinderella - a mistreated young girl, a glass slipper, two comical ugly step-sisters, and a handsome prince.
With its combination of classic dancing and a touch of pantomime, audiences will recognise some of Rossini’s most famous operas, La Cenerentola, the Italian Girl in Algiers together with Silken Ladder, which all add to the magical fantasy world of Cinderella.
Tickets cost £18 for the ballet, which starts at 7.30pm, and are available from the Box Office on 01264 368833 or online at thelights.org.uk.
