The flooding on Mansbridge Road is increasing as the River flows onto the road, I drove through it earlier and it was deep, I would suggest people find an alternative route and the river is no longer flowing, its just flooding onto the road.

People work on Stoneham Lane. The Concorde Club and Stoneham Rectory entrances are accessible from the Junction 5 end as the flooding is outside Stoneham Park. There is a shuttle bus that operates for the companies in Stoneham Rectory (perhap the bus seen?) Hence why cars and buses are driving through the closure. I was there when the men were adding cones to the closure and they said it was ok up to the Concorde Club, so access only.

I know it's not as bad as in Somerset but I didn't realise how bad it is in Hampshire.
