Winchester woman due in crown court for alleged benefit fraud
9:00am Sunday 5th January 2014 in News
A WINCHESTER woman is to appear at crown court charged with benefit fraud.
Suzanna Mills, 44, of Fleming Road, Weeke, is alleged to have between September 24, 2007, and March 31, 2013, failed to tell the city council about a change in circumstances, that she was living with her husband and so ineligible for housing and council tax benefits.
Magistrates in Basingstoke sent the case to crown court for a hearing on Wednesday, January 8.
Mills was remanded on unconditional bail.
