A WINCHESTER shoe shop has been doing its bit for charity by handing out new shoes.
Members of staff at A & E Chiropody Care, based in Kings Worthy, have donated 11 new pairs to the Winchester Churches Nightshelter.
Adrian and Elaine Eaton, of the Lovedon Lane business, gave a mixture of both men’s and women’s shoes to the charity.
Michele Price, Nightshelter manager, said she was delighted to receive them as some of the people staying with them travel quite some distance throughout the day.
