Boy, 12, in court for arson in Bishop's Waltham
A TWELVE year old Hampshire boy is due to appear in court again on a charge of arson.
The child, who cannot be named for legal reasons, is alleged to have set fire to a property in Elm Road, Bishop’s Waltham, belonging to Winchester City Council, on November 3 last year.
He has denied the allegation and appeared at Basingstoke Magistrates Court yesterday. The justices adjourned the case until April 29 for a plea and case management hearing.
