Boy, aged 12, pleads not guilty to arson in Bishop's Waltham
A TWELVE year old boy has denied an arson attack in Bishop’s Waltham.
The boy, who cannot be named for legal reasons, has denied arson at a property in Elm Road belonging to Winchester City Council on November 3.
Magistrates at Basingstoke on Wednesday remanded the boy on unconditional bail to return for trial on May 2.
