IT WAS the centre of every child's Christmas dream at the Carroll Centre's festive cafe with Father Christmas.
The community centre in Winchester arranged an afternoon of family fun to get everyone in the Christmas mood.
With Father Christmas listening to children's wish lists, Christmas carols, a roast dinner and a decorations workshop volunteer worker Paula Williams, 34 was relieved by all the smiley faces.
The mum-of-five said: βIt was brilliant! The kids got to see Santa - for free much to the parents' delight, we had a lovely meal and it was lovely to see families of all ages mixing, it really brought the community together.
βA four-month-old baby had their first meeting with Santa which was lovely to be a part of, the event really got everyone hyped up for Christmas, and everyone really enjoyed themselves.β
The Carroll Centre is open to everyone who needs them and holds events inviting the community along every Christmas.
