Firefighters tackle car fire on motorway near Winchester
FIREFIGHTERS tackled a vehicle fire on the M3 near Winchester last night (Dec 5).
A fire broke out in the engine of a BMW X5 south of the Winchester services at around 11.30pm.
One appliance attended from Winchester and dealt with the fire within half-an-hour. The driver was unhurt.
