The Rt Rev Tim Dakin blesses Otterbourne Primary School's meadow with staff, pupils and contractors
A PRIMARY school has received a special blessing from the Bishop of Winchester.
The Rt Rev Tim Dakin visited Otterbourne Church of England Primary School last month to see the school’s progress on its meadow development.
The school is building an outdoor learning area in the meadow to allow pupils to interact with nature better.
After blessing the meadow, the Rt Rev Dakin listened to special prayers written by children before being interviewed by two student journalists for the school paper.
