The newly-named Symondians' Association (formerly known as Old Symondians' Society) welcomed Mayor of Winchester, Frank Pearson, and mayoress Anne Pearson, as honorary guests at their annual Winchester Dinner.
Around sixty people attended the event at the Winchester Hotel where memories were rekindled and the association president, Tony Paice, read Laurence Binyon's They shall not grow old, before a toast to absent old Symondians.
Principal Neil Hopkins, said: “Students remain (as they always were), fundamentally good and refreshingly well-intentioned. We are very proud of their achievements.”
