A man has been charged with murder after the burnt remains of a woman were found on a bridleway in Hampshire.
Ziaul Haque, 27, of Drummond Street, Camden Town, London, was charged with the murder of 26-year-old Polish national Sylwia Sobczak.
The body of Miss Sobczak, of Mafeking Road, Tottenham, London, was found contained in a suitcase in Dummer near Basingstoke on Thursday May 8 by a dog walker.
Mr Haque appeared at Basingstoke Magistrates Court on today (Monday May 19) and was remanded in custody.
He is due to reappear at Winchester Crown Court on Friday May 30.
