I have lost contact with a friend of mine, her name is Vanessa Evenett from Southampton. We studied nursing together from August 1983 to 1986 at the Mayday Hospital in Thornton Heath, Surrey. I then got married and worked at St Thomas' Hospital and returned to Cape Town South Africa in 1992 and somehow lost contact with her.
I put her name on the Google search and found her name with a family announcement in 2005 in Hampshire Chronicle.
I also nursed with someone called Bernadette Gregory who was also from Southampton.
I am currently nursing at the Red Cross Children's Hospital in Rondebosch Cape Town 7700
