HE is the only Michael Jackson Impersonator 'Chosen by Michael’ for he worked with the legend himself over a period of 17 years.

Now Navi will perform at Eastleigh's Concorde Club on Saturday December 30.

The production showcases the extraordinary talent of an impersonator who has performed in over 350 international shows in 61 different countries and is the only impersonator to have been associated with Michael Jackson, Sony Music, MJJ Estate and MJ's family.

His career highlight came when he was invited to perform at Michael Jackson’s 45th birthday party in Los Angeles.

The performance went down a storm and Navi was honoured and amazed to see Michael give a standing ovation.

After the show, Michael told him: “That was amazing… Do you practice every day.”

The following day Navi was invited to visit Michael’s home, Neverland, and spent the day inside Neverland, visited Michael’s cinema, zoo, went on a few of his theme park rides and had a barbecue on the grounds.

The relationship continued and over a period of many years Navi - who has had several facial operations in order to look like Michael, was frequently hand-picked by the late star to work for him in several different ways including as a body double and decoy.

Since Michael’s death, Navi has continued to work alongside the Michael Jackson Estate and in January 2010 he performed to a sell-out London O2 Indigo audience - the same venue where the “This Is It” concerts sadly never took place.

Navi, who was born in Trinidad and moved to Britain in the 1980s, has been open about having plastic surgery to his face to look more like his idol.

He has been performing as an MJ impersonator for the past 24 years yet still continues to captivate audiences.

He has a following of 16,000+ on Facebook and having post views over 150,000 a month, it seems no other impersonator can compete. Even on Navi's YouTube channel, one of his videos has had more than three million views! Navi has become such a force that recently his name had to be ‘trademarked’ as many have attempted to pass themselves off as ‘Navi’.
