TWO classic chick flicks, an adventure favourite and a cult classic comedy will be shown on the big screen as Film on the Farm returns to Hampshire this summer.

Indiana Jones and the Raiders of the Lost Ark, Pretty Woman, Zoolander and Dirty Dancing make up the programme of movies to be shown in a stunning farm nestled in the South Downs National Park in Droxford.

Settle down with a blanket and snuggle up under the stars for the first instalment in the Indiana Jones franchise on May 5. Harrison Ford stars as the archaeology professor with the adventurous spirit. Edward (Richard Gere) could have any woman he wants in Pretty Woman, the following night. He’s more focused on his billion dollar business than women, so doesn’t expect to fall for the charms of Hollywood hooker Vivian (Julia Roberts).

Catch up with the antics of model Derek Zoolander (Ben Stiller) and his unfortunate brainwashing on September 8. The season closes with the love story of dancer Johnny (Patrick Swayze) and infatuated camper Baby (Jennifer Grey) in Dirty Dancing on September 9.

Film on a Farm began in 2015 as a diversification project for fourth generation farmer Christopher Horn.

Guests can enjoy locally sourced food and drink, including a hog roast and theTipsy Goose horse box bar.
