Top tribute acts to both music icons will be battling it out in front of a hundreds strong jury in a special charity event at Ferneham Hall in Fareham on May 12.

Celebrated tribute act Rod's Faces will take on the persona of the Scottish rocker and his former band.The world class entertainer, who is ranked among the biggest selling artists of all time, is still going strong after more than five decades and made the announcement he had been honoured with a knighthood to his tartan army of fans during his Ageas Bowl date last summer.

He has amassed sales of more than 200 million albums and singles worldwide and his many timeless hits include Da Ya Think I’m Sexy, Maggie May, Tonight’s the Night and You Wear It Well.

Dan Budd, who is a familiar faces to TV audiences after impressing Gary Barlow in the Let It Shine auditions, is to perform as Robbie Williams.

Robbie, who was launched to global superstardom as a member of Take That, went on to enjoy huge success as a best-selling solo singer.

His catalogue of hits, including Angels, Rock DJ, Let Me Entertain You and She's The One, have made him the best selling British solo artist in the United Kingdom, with over 70 million records sold worldwide.

His Heavy Entertainment Show, which accompanies his latest album, will be coming to St Mary's stadium as part of an UK-wide arena tour this summer.

Proceeds from Rock the Dock will go towards the Give 4 Greg fund, helping Delays frontman Greg Gilbert raise money towards vital cancer treatment.
