TEDDY Rocks Festival has revealed its three biggest headliners to date with Scouting For Girls, Twin Atlantic and Modestep set to thrill the crowds.

The festival takes place at Charisworth Farm, Blandford Forum from Friday April 28-Sunday April 30 2017.

Tickets go on sale next Friday December 16.

Kicking off the family-friendly rock festival over the bank holiday weekend will be Scottish band, Twin Atlantic.

Twin Atlantic’s single ‘No Sleep’ was premiered by Annie Mac as the Hottest Record in the World, on BBC Radio 1 earlier this year. Their highest charting single ‘Heart and Soul’ won Best Independent Track at the 2015 Association of Independent Music Awards and in the same year Twin Atlantic were named Best UK Band at the SSE Scottish Music Awards. They’ve performed at Reading and Leeds, Glastonbury, and T in the Park festival, and now are heading for Dorset on Friday April 28.

Dubstep and electronic rock band Modestep will headline TRF on Saturday April 29. The London band are festival veterans, having performed at Glastonbury, Reading and Download Festival in recent years. Modestep shot to fame with their debut album ‘Evolution Theory’ which included popular singles ‘Feel Good’ and ‘Sunlight’.

Closing the charity festival on the Sunday will be the four times Brit award winners Scouting for Girls. The London-based indie pop group reached number One on the UK Album Chart with their eponymous debut album 'Scouting For Girls' which went triple platinum in 2007. They have a back catalogue of chart topping singles including ‘She’s so Lovely’, ‘Heartbeat’ and ‘Elvis Ain’t Dead’.

With more acts yet to be announced, a new bigger site and weekend camping tickets available for the first time, Teddy Rocks Festival has the opportunity to raise a sizeable sum to support their cause, of fighting children’s cancer.
