WITH only one month to go until the UK’s largest alcohol and drug free festival the final line up for all stages at Butserfest is now confirmed.

Butserfest returns to Petersfield on September 10 for its tenth anniversary year.

Alongside headliners Mallory Knox, Southampton based local heroes Creeper have stepped up to the headlining status they deserve following a very successful year and US tour this month. They will be headlining the Crossroads Stage.

Organisers have also announced that Hertfordshire pop rockers Room 94 will now be taking to the stage following news that Chunk! No Captain Chunk can no longer appear.

They also welcome back Zoax, this time to the main stage following their explosive Crossroads Stage appearance last year.

Stage times will be announced the week of the event on official social pages and website.

Since 2012 a select number of Butserfest artists have been making additional appearances at the festival performing backstage in the press area in a permanent wooden structure lovingly named The Acoustic Shack.

The Acoustic Shack has been visited by dozens of amazing bands over the last four years, including Mallory Knox, The Blackout and Don Broco, with their intimate unplugged acoustics delighting small numbers of fans lucky enough to win entry through competitions run via the individual bands’ social pages.

The Introducing Stage will welcome some fantastic local acts including Portsmouth pop punkers High Down, Brighton's City of Ashes, Guildford rockers Cavalier, pop punk outfit We Deny and Alt rockers Treasures, both hailing from Basingstoke, Southampton based electronica rock band Reventure, The Isle of Wight's pop jazz funkers Embers, Southampton pop punk group Home For the Weekend, alt rock band A.R.K. and Petersfield youngsters Loyd.

Cllr Ferris Cowper, Leader of East Hampshire District Council, which is organising the event, said:

“Butserfest originally came about as a result of consultation between young people and East Hampshire District Council who wanted to engage young people across the region and give them a safe environment in which to have fun and enjoy themselves. It recognises that there are very few music festival events that are affordable to and even fewer that are designed specifically to cater for children and young adults.

“This year is Butserfest’s ten year anniversary and over that time we've seen the Festival go from strength to strength as established UK rock, pop and metal acts wow our audiences year after year. We've seen up and coming bands grow with each new invite to come and play again and we’ve seen local bands and musicians showcase their talents. We are proud of what we have achieved over this time and the engagement and support we have had from young people across the region who have joined us over the years and enjoyed all that Butserfest has to offer.”

There will be three stages of music all day, a high adrenalin 'activity zone' jam packed full of brilliant free activities, including the brand new addition of a zip wire for 2016 as well as a host of great food stalls.

This year Butserfest takes place at the Queen Elizabeth Country Park near Petersfield in Hampshire on September 10. Tier 3 tickets are available from the website and local outlets for the bargain price of just £20. Information and tickets available at www.butserfest.co.uk
