FOR the first time in the history of Scouting in Hampshire, the creative talents of multiple districts will be brought together in collaboration for a one night only performance this weekend.
Hampshire Scouts bring Stepping Out to the stage at Winchester Guildhall on Sunday night.
Scouts of all ages from across the county will unite for this musical extravaganza, featuring the talents of Basingstoke Gang Show, Hedge End Gang Show, Andover Gang Show and Roverang Scout and Guide Show, which have all enjoyed many of their own successful stage runs in the past.
This is an exciting new project for Hampshire Scouting with each group providing scenes and sketches from their own shows, but also uniting to bring the audience a selection of ensemble numbers from a variety of genres.
Stepping Out is set to include songs from pop to rock, musicals to swing and Bollywood to funk, all mixed up with a touch of comedy and variety.
Producer Scott Marshall told Your Entertainment: "Scouting is about teamwork, we believe that when we work together, we achieve more than we can on our own. This event will bring Scout Shows together under a single banner."
Tickets are now on sale from ticketsource.co.uk/hampshirescoutspresent
