Southampton heavy metal band Our Home Our Hollow are the headliners at a fundraising concert in aid of the British Red Cross refugee programme on Saturday (October 3).
The event at the Engine Rooms in West Quay Road also features The Bottom Line, Gone by Tomorrow, Tonight We Fall, Deference, Networks and the Breakast Story.
“It’s really important we all pull together, and this show could be a great way to show the unity of the south coast alternative music scene,” said the band on their Facebook page.
Concert promoter Kai Harris said: “We’ve been collecting donations of food and clothing at participating venues in including the Engine Rooms which will be passed to a charity specialising in drops to the ‘Jungle’ refugee camp in Calais. Any items no longer required will be distributed to other good causes. All cash will go to the British Red Cross, all of the staff and artists have volunteered their time for free.”
Tickets, priced £5 in advance, are available from engineroomsouthampton.com or 08710 2200260, or priced £7 on the door. Doors open at midday.
