Members of the Point Youth Theatre are taking part in the world famous Edinburgh Fringe Festival.

Older members of the theatre group have been exploring the dark recesses of the Internet for their improvised performance Error 404, which examines our obsession with ‘updates, likes and shares’ and delves into the Internet’s darkest of secrets.

The young cast performed the show to an audience at The Point before heading north of the border for a stint at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival.

Daniel Hill, director of Error 404 said: “The many amazing and negative effects the Internet has had on our lives have distracted us from the fact that we have created a generation who have grown up with two identities – their online persona, and offline existence and that is a fascinating relationship to play with.”

The young cast are performing daily until August 23 at 12.35pm at The Caves, Edinburgh.
