THE OperaBabes will be making their first appearance at The Mayflower, Southampton, on Sunday, October 29. On their first headline UK tour, they will be featuring hit tracks from their chart-topping album, Beyond Imagination, and their new album, Renaissance.
With their rich vocals, incredible depth and full-bodied delivery, the OperaBabes have appeared all over the world and been seen by millions of people performing at the FA Cup Final and the UEFA Championships League Final in Milan, as well as in concert with some of the world's leading orchestras.
Rebecca Knight and Karen England were discovered busking in Covent Garden to support their singing lessons and, almost overnight, they were thrust into the limelight, leading the singing of Abide with Me at the 2001 FA Cup Final.
Their show is a stunning multimedia theatrical experience. With a fabulous company of dancers and musicians, the OperaBabes perform some of the most-loved opera arias, including Beyond Imagination, from A Midsummer Night's Dream and One Fine Day, from Madame Butterfly, and other favourite songs from their albums.
