PREVIEW
Cadbury Easter Egg Trails in Hampshire

THIS Easter the National Trust has teamed up with Cadbury to offer families a great day out.

The popular Eggsplorer Trails are set to return from April 3, allowing children to unleash their inner explorer with adventurous events planned across Hampshire.

Mottisfont, near Romsey, is offering an Easter Egg Trail, where families can complete challenges to earn a ticket to the Bunny Ball and a Cadbury Egg Head.

It runs from April 3-19, 10am-5pm. Normal admission fees apply, with £2 to pay per trail.

At Hinton Ampner, near Alresford, an Indiana Jones spin has been put on the egg hunt as families are encouraged to follow the clues to hunt for ‘fossils’ hidden in the grounds.

There will also be face-painting throughout the weekend, on April 3-6 from 11am-4pm. Trails cost £3 on top of normal admission fees.

Former Tudor palace The Vyne, near Basingstoke, is also hosting an egg hunt, from April 5-6, 10am-4pm. The trail costs £3 on top of admission fees.

In Winchester the City Mill will host an egg trail from April 3-6, followed by spring-themed activities on April 7-19. It costs £2 to complete the egg hunt.

All of the Cadbury eggs handed out will help support places looked after by the National Trust.

There are also events being held on the Isle of Wight.
