November will be a busy time for Romsey’s TeaPoet Collective, with two events coming up at the town’s community art gallery Rum’s Eg.
First of all, the monthly poetry cafe will take place on Sunday 2nd November with guest poet Anarchaesthete and a musical interlude from Jane Goldsack.
Admission to this event is £5, and doors open at 1:30 pm for a 2pm start.
In addition to this, they are inviting people to send poems inspired by the Natural Connnections exhibition at Rum’s Eg, which features work by the Winchester based Yard Artists. Please send poems to natural@teapoet.org.uk by Monday 3rd November.
Selected works will be read at an evening of art and poetry at the gallery from 6:30 pm on Saturday, November 8. Admission to the evening event is free, and there will be a licensed bar.
