French court grants injunction over topless images of Kate Middleton (From Hampshire Chronicle)

At a time when our troops are being killed in Afghanistan, Syrians are being slaughtered the media is obsessed with the Duchess of Cambridge's boobs.
Talk about making mountains out of molehills!
A storm in an A cup!
If people in the public eye want all the media coverage and adulation then they must expect the downside.
Perhaps she was too thick to realise she was in camera range but then she may have been very clever and realised that this little drama would thrust her even more in to the limelight!

I think this is a disgusting attitude. Kate is a lovely young woman whose only crime was to fall in love and now she's being plastered naked across the world's media.

That said, has anyone seen them? What are they like? I imagine that without clothes she looks like Mr Burns from The Simpsons, which is why I haven't even bothered to google.

Don't see why she should get special treatment, should be treated the same as other celebs. It's our right as the British public to see these pics (I've seen them already anyway, not great but still..)

Well in that case why doesn't Buckingham Palace agree a compromise in which everyone can print pictures of her arse but no one touches the top half? Everyone would be happy with that, surely?

Precisely. With Fergie everyone thought it was a bit of innocent fun and we as a country said "Good for her". I'm sure everyone would do the same with this one.

As my previous posted comments on this Echo website, relating to royal stories will testify to, I am certainly no royalist. In fact I happen to be a democratic republican. However, I do believe in everyone being entitled to some privacy, including royals actually, and especially and particularly on private land, to include if and when they want to strip-off, too.

Er...not quite "everyone" actually! I always considered Fergie a naive, embarassing, silly c0w. And a fair bit of her behaviour since, has suggested to me that I should not consider adopting a contrary view to that!

The Duchess of Cambridge is just her title. Her full name is Catherine Mountbatten-Windsor in any case, not Middleton.
