Linden Homes Southern has re-written the home buying experience text book at its new Ocean Village development Splash – a very contemporary development of one, two and three bedroom homes on the waterfront.

I wanted to create an innovative experience for someone looking for a new home – the aim was to make the process of choosing an apartment an exciting journey – not a chore.” Prospective buyers can pick and choose from the available apartments on screen, compare their size and aspect, price and floor level; view their location within the building and then, when they’ve picked their favourite properties, the system takes them on a virtual tour of the apartment, offering, in some cases, spectacular 360 degree views from the balconies.
Once the system has helped the prospective buyer to narrow down a selection of potential new homes, then those apartments can be viewed – the old fashioned way – by touring the relevant Linden show apartments: Clients can enjoy browsing their choices on an ultra modern terminal at leisure in a relaxed environment with a cup of coffee.
As part of this Splash revolution, Linden has dispensed with the old fashioned concept of piles of paper brochures. Instead, the individual choices of potential buyers can be downloaded (and printed on request) onto a memory stick, or e- mailed.
This state of the art portfolio is customised to each client, based on all the information selected on the console, so that they when they get home they can look again at the floor plans, prices and locations of the apartments they chose and viewed on site at Splash.
