Masons to hold open day
A RARE chance to see inside the usually closed doors of Winchester Masonic Centre is offered this Saturday. (April 26)
The Lodge of Economy No 76 is soon celebrating its 250th anniversary in Winchester.
To help mark the milestone, the lodge is holding an open day at the centre on Alresford Road, opposite St Swithun's School, from noon-2pm.
Visitors will be allowed into the masons' temple and be able to meet lodge members.
A lunch will be served at 1pm and the bar will be open from noon.
Anyone interested in attending should contact either John Chapman on 01962 760047, George Groom on 02380 262637 or Bryan White 01962 884918.
