9. Winners may be required to take part in any publicity relating to that competition.
10. Proof of posting is not regarded as proof of receipt of entry.

Winchester Motor Company / Skoda Fabia Terms and Conditions

The editor’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Prize is as stated and no cash alternative will be offered.

Prize includes the car and road tax but not insurance. Prize car is an ex demonstrator from Winchester Motor Company.

Employees and relatives of Newsquest, Winchester Motor Company and Skoda are not eligible to enter. Finalists will be notified by post.

Finalists will be the first 10 correct entries drawn after the closing date from all entries received. The competition is only open to those aged 18 or above. Entrants must hold a full UK driving licence.

Entrants must be resident in the UK. The name and address of the winner will be available on request. The winner must be willing to be photographed and the photograph used by the Hampshire Chronicle Group.

The winner must also be willing to participate in promotional activity by the Winchester Motor Company.

Closing date for entries is Friday 11th March 2011. No purchase necessary. Competition limited to one entry per person.

To be in with a chance of winning the Skoda Fabia finalists must attend the finalists evening at the Winchester Motor Company showroom, date to be advised.
