SHIELD Building Developments have joined a select group of firms to achieve accreditation into The Double Glazing and Conservatory Ombudsman Scheme.
The Southampton business has passed a process so tough that 40 per cent of those who apply get no further.
DGCOS has been launched with the backing of Nick Ross, the former BBC Crimewatch and Watchdog presenter, who is the ambassador of the scheme, which provides comprehensive protection for homeowners having windows, doors, conservatories, orangeries and associated products installed by itsmembers.
“We are proud to have been accepted as a part of the DGCOS,”
said Shield MD, Scott Pinnick. “We have worked long and hard to maintain our standards here and the recognition this accreditation gives us proves that we our totally committed to customer satisfaction.”
