THE third floor of a Winchester building has been let out to a business to business marketing agency.

Goadsby Commercial Complete Office Lettings say that the 60/61 High Street has been let to Resource Marketing, who moved to the third floor to expand their business.

Also in the area, Ashford E-Learning are relocating to Winchester and have completed a lease of Suite 5 at Talbot House on the High Street.

Penny Smith of Goadsby Commercial Winchester said:"These recent lettings demonstrate that there is continued demand for reasonably priced small office suites within Winchester, particularly so close to the Station.

"We currently have a couple of further suites available at Talbot House, which are offered on flexible terms and inclusive rents, but are delighted that 60/61 High Street (above Rawlings Opticians) is now fully occupied.

"Generally, there continues to be a shortage of stock within Winchester City Centre and we would be delighted to assist landlords or tenants with any commercial property requirements."
